USES FOR BAKING SODA

Baking soda is a product which is present in every household, but not many people know how to use it outside the kitchen. Check out these unusual ways to use baking soda!
1. Hair Mask And Cleanser
Add baking soda to your shampoo and clean your scalp from the product buildup. It's better not to use it on the tips of your hair since soda can be a little bit drying. You can also use baking soda water mix as a rinse before washing your hair. Mix 1 tbs of baking soda and 1 cup of warm water and saturate your hair. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and wash your hair as usual. Don't forget to use your conditioner.
2. Facial Scrub
Add a little bit of baking soda to your facial wash to deep-clean your face. Soda is a natural antibiotic and antiseptic, which can help to get rid of inflammation and infection. It can open up your pores for deeper cleansing and better results. You can also make a baking soda face mask. Mix 1/2 tbs of baking soda with 1 tbs of water and apply to your face. Rinse out with warm water after 10 minutes. Don't forget to moisturize your skin when it's still wet.
3. Polishing Paste

You can use baking soda to remove scratches from your glasses! Take 1 tbs of baking soda and start adding water to it until you get a thick paste. Apply it to your Zeiss Prescription Lenses with a soft microfibre cloth. Polish your glasses with careful circular motions till complete disappearance of the abrasions. Gently clean the glasses with warm water afterwards.
4. Whitening Paste
Baking soda can be used as a toothpaste. Follow the same steps as described above and brush your teeth. Due to it being slightly more abrasive, soda can clean your teeth with more efficiency. Though it helps to make your teeth whiter, soda can cause micro-scratches on your enamel, so refrain from using it too often.
